At some time in the future, the Action Plan will also be available at no
cost through the Internet. It will be coded for Web pages, and we'll keep
you posted on when it goes online. It will probably be put up in sections. 

I would like FEEDBACK on other methods you might prefer for downloading.
We're considering making the material available through FTP, and also
through clickable links that would appear on a web page, but would enable
downloading of the document either by chapter or by whole document in zip
files in ascii and/or word processor formats. If the Web itself is
inaccessible or inconvenient, please let me know what would work for you.
Even if you don't plan to downlaod this book, I'm interested in what works
best for various countries, and for equipment that might be used by people
wanting to access this type of information.
