Check out our plastic Ecuadorian or Ecuador poison frog. It's one of several brightly-colored realistic plastic frogs to be found at Tapir and Friends. This plastic frog makes a wonderful educational toy or demonstration, is useful for shoebox dioramas and other school projects, can be a collector's item, a gift for your favorite frog fan, and more. Made of solid, rubbery plastic, it measures almost 2 inches long and is somewhat flexible. The plastic is solid, but not hard. Its underside is light blue, and the name "Ecuadorian Poison Frog" is moulded into the plastic. Be sure to see our other cool frog toys and gifts.

Epipedobates bilinguis is the scientific name for the The Ecuador or Ecuadorian Poison Frog. A member of the Dendrobatidae family, it is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and possibly Peru, according to Wikipedia. "Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss." Interestingly, at least two other non-poisonous frogs mimic the coloring of the Ecuadorian Poison Frog when they are found in the same area.
