We are no longer carrying our Peruvian tapir friend!
This stylized critter has some of the features of a real Malayan tapir, while others are more a designer's whim. It stands 1½ inches tall and measures 2½ inches from snout to tail. The white saddle and other details are glazed, while incised lines cover the non-glazed portions. Unfortunately, we lost contact with the buyer who supplied these. I think the company who makes them is "Cassal" or something like that. If you happen to run across a source for these, please let us know!
