A thank-you cookie

Sheila Barrios, Zookeeper IIB at Audubon Zoo, New Orleans, sent us this scan of a beautiful tapir cookie with the following letter:
This is a cookie I received as a thank you from our education department for showing off our tapirs and talking about them to some recent classes they held. They got the cookie from a place called The Cookie Bouquet. Of course the people there had never heard of a tapir, so they had to look it up to know what one looked like. I think they did a pretty good job, and it tastes good too.
Since Sheila has cared for both Baird's and lowland tapirs, we put this cookie in our "mixed and generic" section. You can see Sheila and one of her tapirs, Daphne, here.
All tapirs are endangered species.
Saving tapirs helps save the rainforest.
